Eight Cuisines in China
Food is the first necessity of people. China is a big country restaurant with a long history of food culture. China covers a large territory and has many nationalities, hence a variety of Chinese food with different but fantastic and mouthwatering flavor. Generally, Chinese food can be roughly divided into eight regional cuisines. They are the most influential and typical cuisines in China.
民以食为天。中国是一个有着悠久饮食文化历史的大国。中国幅员辽阔,民族众多,因此有各种各样的中国食物,味道各异,令人垂涎。一般来说,中国菜可以大致分为八种地区菜系。它们是最具影响力和风味最独特的菜系。

There are Guangdong cuisine, Shandong cuisine, Jiangsu cuisine and Sichuan cuisine, Fujian cuisine, Hunan cuisine, Anhui cuisine and Zhejiang cuisine.
它们分别是:粤菜,鲁菜,苏菜,川菜,闽菜,湘菜,徽菜和浙江菜。
